Empire was contracted by our insurance company when we had a burst pipe and water damage that required running a new service to our master bathroom. We were not familiar with Empire but each time they were in over the course of a month, the place was clean, prepped and ready for the next step and the communication throughout was awesome. Joe, Valerie and Lyndsay run a great office and the coordination was great. I have a small business as well and was impressed with them throughout.
